About The Position

375 Reserve is an upscale Fine Wine & Spirits Bar scheduled to open in December 2026 in JFK Terminal 4. It will offer curated wines, premium spirits, handcrafted cocktails, artisanal charcuterie, elevated small plates, and chef-inspired menu offerings. The Assistant Manager will help launch and lead this new concept, partnering with the General Manager to oversee the operation and create exceptional guest experiences. The role is suited to a hospitality leader who enjoys developing teams and supporting food and beverage excellence in a premium hospitality environment.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of restaurant, bar, lounge, or hospitality management experience.
• Proven success leading front-of-house operations and developing teams.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage operations.
• Experience managing labor, inventory, and financial performance.
• Passion for hospitality and guest service excellence.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to obtain and maintain airport security credentials.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in upscale casual, fine dining, wine bar, cocktail lounge, hotel, or airport dining environments.
• Strong wine, spirits, and craft cocktail knowledge.
• Opening team or new concept experience.

• Partner with the General Manager to oversee all aspects of the operation.
