About The Position

The Assistant General Manager will help launch and lead 375 Reserve Fine Wine & Spirits Bar, an upscale bar scheduled to open in December 2026 at JFK International Airport Terminal 4. The role partners with the General Manager to oversee front-of-house and bar operations and deliver premium hospitality for travelers. The concept features curated wines, premium spirits, handcrafted cocktails, artisanal charcuterie, elevated small plates, and chef-inspired menu offerings. The position suits a hospitality leader focused on guest experiences, team development, food and beverage excellence, and operational leadership.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of restaurant, bar, lounge, or hospitality management experience.
• Proven success leading front-of-house operations and developing teams.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage operations.
• Experience managing labor, inventory, and financial performance.
• Passion for hospitality and guest service excellence.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to obtain and maintain airport security credentials.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in upscale casual, fine dining, wine bar, cocktail lounge, hotel, or airport dining environments.
• Strong wine, spirits, and craft cocktail knowledge.
• Opening team or new concept experience.
