Responsibilities

Assist the General Manager in leading, motivating, and developing a team of dedicated restaurant staff, ensuring a positive work environment and exceptional customer service.
Oversee daily restaurant operations, including managing inventory, food quality, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards during your shift.
Assist in managing the restaurant's budget, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability while achieving revenue targets.
Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by monitoring and improving service quality, responding to customer feedback, and resolving issues promptly.
Recruit, train, and develop a strong team of employees, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
Ensure the restaurant complies with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
