About The Position
We're looking for an Entry-Level Assistant Manager Trainee to join our expanding team. Responsibilities
- Learn daily business operations through hands-on training
- Assist with coordinating promotional events and marketing campaigns
- Support team leaders in meeting performance goals and client expectations
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer questions professionally
- Help coach and motivate team members in a positive work environment
- Monitor event and campaign performance and assist with reporting results
- Participate in leadership and professional development training
- Help maintain company standards for customer satisfaction and brand representation
- Collaborate with management on team initiatives and operational improvements
