About The Position

Domino's Team BAM! is hiring a friendly and motivated Assistant Manager Store to provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager. The role supports store operations and the implementation of operating standards, while helping supervise employees, maintain the facility and equipment, and build a cohesive team. The position requires full-time availability.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Be available to work full-time.
• Be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Be able to motivate people and build solid, cohesive teams.
• Have strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with running the store and implementing operating standards.
• Count inventory and supplies.
• Ensure the facility and equipment are clean according to company standards.
• Supervise employees efficiently.
• Interview, hire, and onboard new team members.
• Clean and maintain the store and its equipment.
• Rotate commissary deliveries.
• Perform other job duties as needed.
