About The Position

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a friendly and motivated Assistant Manager Store to help run a Domino's location. The role provides managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in implementing operating standards and includes inventory management, facility and equipment cleanliness, employee supervision, hiring and onboarding, store cleaning and maintenance, and rotating commissary deliveries. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Be available to work full-time.
• Be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Be able to motivate people and build cohesive teams.
• Have strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous management experience.
• Previous quick service restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in running the store and implementing operating standards.
• Count inventory and supplies.
• Ensure the facility and equipment are clean according to company standards.
• Supervise employees.
• Interview, hire, and onboard new team members.
• Clean and maintain the store and its equipment.
• Rotate commissary deliveries.
• Perform other duties as needed.
