About The Position

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a friendly and motivated Assistant Manager Store to provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager and help run the store according to operating standards. The role includes inventory and supply counts, maintaining cleanliness of the facility and equipment, supervising employees, interviewing and onboarding new team members, cleaning and maintaining the store, and rotating commissary deliveries. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Be available to work full-time.
• Be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Be able to motivate and build solid, cohesive teams.
• Have strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous management and/or quick service restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in running the store and implementing operating standards.
• Count inventory and supplies.
• Ensure the facility and equipment are clean according to company standards.
• Supervise employees.
• Interview, hire, and onboard new team members.
• Clean and maintain the store and its equipment.
• Rotate commissary deliveries.
• Perform other job duties as needed.
