About The Position

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a friendly and motivated Assistant Manager Store to support the store's General Manager in running the store and implementing operating standards. The role includes inventory and supply counts, maintaining cleanliness of the facility and equipment, supervising employees, and helping interview, hire, and onboard team members. Duties also include store and equipment cleaning and maintenance, rotating commissary deliveries, and other tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Be available to work full time.
• Be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Be able to motivate people and build solid, cohesive teams.
• Have strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Previous management and/or quick service restaurant experience.

Responsibilities
