About The Position

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a friendly and motivated Assistant Manager Store to assist the store's General Manager in running the store and implementing operating standards. The role includes inventory and supply counts, maintaining cleanliness of the facility and equipment, supervising employees, interviewing and onboarding new team members, cleaning and maintaining the store and its equipment, and rotating commissary deliveries. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Full-time work availability.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Able to motivate and build cohesive teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Previous management and/or quick-service restaurant experience.
