About The Position

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a friendly and motivated Assistant Manager Store to help run a Domino's location. The role provides managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in implementing operating standards. It also involves inventory and supply counts, maintaining facility and equipment cleanliness, supervising employees, interviewing and onboarding team members, store cleaning and maintenance, and rotating commissary deliveries. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Be available to work full-time.
• Be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Be able to motivate and build cohesive teams.
• Have strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Previous management experience.
• Previous quick service restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in running the store and implementing operating standards.
