About The Position

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a friendly and motivated Assistant Manager Store to help run a Domino's location. The role provides managerial assistance to the General Manager in implementing operating standards, supervising employees, and maintaining the store and its equipment. Duties also include inventory and supply counts, managing commissary deliveries, and other tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Availability to work full time.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Able to motivate and build solid, cohesive teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous management and/or quick service restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in running the store and implementing operating standards.
• Count inventory and supplies.
• Ensure the facility and equipment meet company cleanliness standards.
• Supervise employees efficiently.
• Interview, hire, and onboard new team members.
• Clean and maintain the store and its equipment.
• Rotate commissary deliveries.
• Perform other duties as needed.
