About The Position

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a friendly and motivated Assistant Manager Store to assist the store's General Manager with operating the store and implementing company standards. The role includes inventory and supply counts, maintaining cleanliness of the facility and equipment, supervising employees, interviewing and onboarding team members, rotating commissary deliveries, and performing other duties as needed. The position requires full-time availability.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Be available to work full-time.
• Be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Be able to motivate people and build cohesive teams.
• Have strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Previous management and/or quick-service restaurant experience.
