About The Position

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a friendly and motivated Assistant Manager Store to assist the store's General Manager with daily operations. The role includes helping implement operating standards, supervising employees, maintaining inventory and supplies, and ensuring the store and its equipment are clean and maintained. The assistant manager also supports interviewing, hiring, and onboarding team members, and rotates commissary deliveries. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Availability to work full time.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Able to motivate and build cohesive teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Previous management experience.
• Previous quick service restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store's General Manager in running the store and implementing operating standards.
• Count inventory and supplies.
• Ensure the facility and equipment are clean according to company standards.
