About The Position

The Assistant Manager Store provides managerial assistance to the store’s General Manager in running the store and implementing operating standards. The role includes inventory and supply counts, maintaining cleanliness of the facility and equipment, supervising employees, interviewing and onboarding team members, cleaning and maintaining the store, rotating commissary deliveries, and performing other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Be available to work full-time.
• Be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Be able to motivate people and build cohesive teams.
• Have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
