About The Position

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a friendly and motivated Assistant Manager Store to help run a Domino's location. The role assists the store's General Manager with implementing operating standards, supervising employees, maintaining the facility and equipment, and supporting store operations. Duties may also include interviewing, hiring, and onboarding team members, counting inventory and supplies, and rotating commissary deliveries. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Availability to work full-time.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Able to motivate and build cohesive teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous management experience.
• Previous quick service restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store's General Manager with running the store and implementing operating standards.

• Ensure the facility and equipment are clean according to company standards.
