About The Position

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a friendly and motivated Assistant Manager Store to provide managerial assistance to the store’s General Manager and help run the store according to operating standards. The role includes inventory and supply counts, employee supervision, hiring and onboarding, and maintaining the cleanliness of the facility and equipment. The assistant manager may also perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Availability to work full time.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to motivate and build cohesive teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Previous quick-service restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with running the store and implementing operating standards.
• Count inventory and supplies.
• Ensure the facility and equipment are clean according to company standards.
• Supervise employees.
• Interview, hire, and onboard new team members.
• Clean and maintain the store and its equipment.
• Rotate commissary deliveries.
• Perform other duties as needed.
