About The Position

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a friendly and motivated Assistant Manager Store to assist the General Manager with running the store and implementing operating standards. The role includes supervising employees, supporting hiring and onboarding, tracking inventory and supplies, and maintaining the cleanliness of the facility and equipment. The Assistant Manager also rotates commissary deliveries and performs other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Be available to work full-time.
• Be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Be able to motivate and build cohesive teams.
• Have strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Previous management experience.
• Previous quick-service restaurant experience.

Responsibilities
