About The Position

Creatif is an AWARD WINNING ART STUDIO for kids & adults where Art meets Technology. We’ve combined an inspiring studio environment with a wide selection of items and our ArtPad app to create a unique space that is exciting and engaging! At Creatif we offer DiY Walk In session, Private Parties, Painting Workshops, Art Classes, Corporate events, Camps & more. We are looking for vibrant, self-motivated, outgoing and creative candidates who are excited to work for a growing national brand. This position is for our Pleasanton flagship studio location. Open availability on Fri - Sat- Sun is required for this position.

Requirements

Supervisory/Event management experience
Previous experience in retail, customer service, sales or other related fields
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced & growing environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to lift 30-40lbs regularly throughout shifts
Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop throughout assigned shift
Principles and practices of job site safety, potential job hazards, and state and local regulations.
Basic computer programs.
Accurately operate a calculator and POS system.
Use computers and technology capabilities.
Demonstrate proficiency and knowledge in area(s) of expertise.
Communicate well both verbally and in writing; listen to and understand various viewpoints; share relevant information timely; provide constructive feedback; maintain professionalism.
Effectively and productively engage with others and establish trust, credibility, and confidence.
Promote collaboration and assist others with their initiatives and efforts.
Consistently build knowledge and expertise about current job.
Listen to and build customer relationships; increase customer satisfaction and ensure commitments are met.

Responsibilities

Handling phone calls and addressing customer queries
Using cash register, bookings & sales
Communicating with the party host on all event requirements
Maintaining the flow of event and help execute all tasks within the required timeframe
Ensuring and enforcing that the participants are following adequate safety measures and maintaining a clean and safe environment at all times
Build and maintain a fun, positive, interactive and enthusiastic environment at the store
Motivate and encourage all team members
Run events with party coordinators as needed
Manage the entire workflow of events
Manage and complete all event related activities
Inventory and stock management
Monitor and manage all events and planned sessions
