As an Assistant Manager - Property & Central Services USA, you will support the management of core Central Services accounts tasks alongside Property and Premises activities across the New York Branch, ensuring effective facilities administration including property and premises management, building services, leasing and insurance. You will also oversee branch operations through health and safety oversight and mailroom management, while supervising MIS reporting, maintaining building service quality standards, and driving process and cost efficiencies. A key focus of the role is Accounts Payable and PSAP activities, including accounts management, accounts payable, reconciliations and expense management across NOSTRO and suspense accounts, ensuring accuracy, control, and timely processing of financial transactions while supporting efficient and well-governed branch operations.
