About The Position

This role serves as the primary leader of the Product Sales & Services (PSS) department and is responsible for managing all PSS operations including ticketing, group sales, and guest services. The PSS team is the first stop in creating an 'Experience of a Lifetime' for guests, with service being the foundation of everything the company stands for.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft applications is required
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time is required
• Flexibility to work both inside and outside with exposure to the elements is required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends is required

Nice To Haves

• college preferred
• 2-4 years of supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of Product Sales & Services, including collaboration with other departments & providing front line support as necessary
• Maintain knowledge of and adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
• Monitor and document teammate performance and behavior to provide meaningful feedback and direction, providing recognition, correction action or escalations if necessary
• Oversee all hiring, development, support, training, and scheduling of PSS team members
• Receive and assess guest questions, comments, and complaints while providing timely resolutions
• Monitor and maintain PSS facilities, equipment, inventory, payroll, and budgets
• Participate in leadership forums providing feedback and input on PSS & overall resort operations, training, and continuous improvement opportunities
• Other duties as assigned
