About The Position

Responsible for managing product and service sales operations, Product Sales Managers are devoted leaders committed to staff development and enhancing the guest experience.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; some college preferred.
  • Ability to travel to and from Telluride.
  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a related field preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft applications.
  • Flexibility to work both indoors and outdoors, with exposure to the elements.
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English.

Responsibilities

  • Lead product sales operations in Telluride during the winter season.
  • Oversee all product sales operations, including but not limited to hiring, scheduling, training, payroll, budgeting, inventory, and equipment, while collaborating with other business departments as necessary.
  • Prepare monthly labor and operating expense recaps.
  • Hire and train necessary leadership roles for in-person operational oversight, including but not limited to leads and advanced agents.
  • Manage team performance and behavior by providing meaningful feedback and direction, including recognition, performance development, or escalation when necessary.
  • Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with leads and advanced agents.
  • Hold monthly meetings with frontline agents focused on support and development needs.
  • Provide daily communication and support.
  • Be available via Teams, Outlook, and phone from 8:15 AM to 4:45 PM MST to maintain quality product sales and guest service, assisting with questions, comments, and complaints, and ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Conduct morning meetings via Teams on your weekly schedule.
  • Participate in leadership forums to provide feedback and input on operations, training, and continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Hold bi-weekly touchpoints with the Telluride Leadership team to ensure our team is meeting their needs and to receive information on local events that may impact business needs and volume.
  • Bi-monthly check-ins, or more frequently as needed, to support the team and business.
  • Maintain knowledge of and adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
