Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end purchasing process from purchase order creation through delivery and financial closeout, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Execute and maintain purchase orders in alignment with approved project scope, budget, and timelines
  • Track order status, proactively identifying risks and escalating issues impacting delivery or cost
  • Maintain organized and accurate documentation to support compliance and audit readiness
  • Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to track production, shipments, and delivery schedules
  • Support issue resolution related to production delays, damages, or shipment discrepancies
  • Assist in maintaining vendor communication and documentation, ensuring alignment with project requirements
  • Contribute to vendor performance tracking and reporting processes
  • Partner with Construction and Design teams to align purchasing activities with project milestones
  • Support tracking of approved CAPEX for FF&E and SBO, maintaining accurate purchase logs and budget-to-actual reporting
  • Assist in preparing project dashboards and status updates, highlighting risks, variances, and delivery timelines
  • Monitor adherence to project schedules and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Track inventory levels of store fixtures and materials to support project execution
  • Assist in coordinating allocation and deployment of FF&E across multiple projects
  • Maintain data accuracy across systems to ensure visibility into inventory and order status
  • Support efforts to reduce excess inventory and improve standardization
  • Support implementation of standardized procurement workflows, tools, and reporting dashboards
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and communication across purchasing processes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Construction, Design, Finance, and Logistics teams to support project success
