About The Position
We are searching for a people-first Assistant Manager to help lead a high-volume, nationally recognized sandwich concept. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys coaching others, creating a strong team environment, and helping drive great results every shift.

Responsibilities
- Support, coach, and develop Team Members
- Help create a positive, high-energy workplace culture
- Set clear expectations and reinforce accountability
- Elevate service, speed, quality, and overall performance
- Support scheduling, inventory, food cost, and daily operations
- Help identify and develop future leaders
- Build relationships with guests and engage with the local community
- Lead from the floor and set the standard every shift
