About The Position

The Assistant Manager, Executive Support & Estate Management, is to provide comprehensive support to company executives while overseeing estate management operations. This role involves coordinating events, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of executive and estate-related activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in administration, operations, hospitality, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in vendor management and project coordination
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work flexible hours based on executive schedules and event needs
  • Occasional on-site presence required at estates or event locations
  • Bachelor of Arts (B.A)
  • Experience Range III: 4 - 8 years of relevant experience or industry exposure in a related field

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to company executives
  • Manage expenses, track budgets, and process invoices related to company-operated estates
  • Oversee vendor relationships, including sourcing, communication, and performance management
  • Assist in planning and executing projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
  • Support staff management, including scheduling, onboarding, and training
  • Maintain the highest standards of service, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times
