Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years relevant work experience OR Master's + 3+ relevant work experience; 4+ years of equivalent work experience can be substituted for Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ year of experience in brand marketing or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and brand management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and software.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of current marketing trends and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing comprehensive brand marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling content that effectively communicates the brand message.
  • Support senior brand manager with seasonal photoshoot planning and execution.
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice and visual identity across all marketing materials.
  • Maintain and enhance the brand's image, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and values.
  • Conduct brand audits and develop strategies to improve brand equity.
  • Conduct market research to gather insights on consumer needs, preferences, and trends.
  • Utilize research findings to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
  • Assist in managing the brand marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Monitor expenses and provide regular budget updates to the Sr Brand Marketing Manager.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, connected commerce, creative, email & site teams, etc. to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Foster strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
  • Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, campaign performance, and market trends.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve future marketing initiatives.
