We are seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to help elevate the Broda brand, support dealer and sales initiatives, and execute marketing strategies that drive awareness and demand. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or a related role
  • Proven experience supporting marketing campaigns and brand initiatives
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and advertising strategies
  • Experience using analytics tools to track and evaluate campaign performance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

  • Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, and social media channels
  • Assist in writing and creating engaging content for brochures, websites, email campaigns, and social platforms
  • Support strategy development for marketing campaigns, social media, and digital advertising
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and analyze market and industry trends
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales and internal teams to ensure alignment
  • Create and manage sales enablement materials to support lead generation and dealer success
  • Partner with the sales team to support dealer relationships and marketing needs
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
  • Stay current on marketing best practices and healthcare industry trends
