About The Position

At 1-800-Flowers.com, Inc., we’re on a mission to help people connect and celebrate meaningful moments. Within our portfolio of beloved food brands—Harry & David®, Wolferman’s®, 1-800-Baskets.com®, and Vital Choice®—we’re looking for an Assistant Manager to support the execution of brand marketing initiatives and seasonal go-to-market plans. This role is a key contributor to bringing brand strategies to life. You’ll work cross-functionally to coordinate campaigns, manage timelines, and ensure alignment across channels—playing an important role in delivering seamless, high-quality marketing programs. Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in marketing, brand marketing, or eCommerce
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (email, web, social, etc.)
  • Comfort working with data and supporting performance analysis

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with consumer or retail brands
  • Exposure to multi-brand or portfolio marketing environments
  • Familiarity with campaign planning and seasonal marketing cycles
  • Experience with marketing tools or platforms (CRM, analytics, or project management tools)

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and coordination of seasonal marketing plans across the Food Brands portfolio
  • Maintain marketing calendars, timelines, and key deliverables to ensure campaigns launch on schedule
  • Help translate brand strategy into clear, actionable plans across teams
  • Partner with Merchandising, Creative, CRM, Digital, and eCommerce teams to support campaign execution
  • Track progress across workstreams and help ensure alignment on priorities, messaging, and timing
  • Support communication and follow-ups to keep initiatives moving forward
  • Assist in bringing integrated campaigns and product launches to market across multiple channels
  • Help ensure brand consistency across marketing touchpoints
  • Support creative briefing and asset development processes
  • Help compile campaign recaps and performance reports across channels
  • Track key metrics and support identification of trends and opportunities
  • Assist in preparing updates for internal stakeholders
