Responsible for oversight of clinical information systems including implementation, optimization, governance, workflow alignment, and ongoing system performance. Ensures clinical applications support facility operations, regulatory requirements, patient-centered care, and corporate initiatives. Partners with facility leadership, Corporate IS, and executive stakeholders to align clinical workflows with system capabilities. Oversees project execution, analyst performance, resource allocation, ticket management trends, and continuous process improvement. Exercises independent judgment in personnel management, system prioritization, risk mitigation, and strategic planning for clinical application services across assigned facilities
