About The Position
Domino's Pizza is hiring management team members, specifically shift runners and assistant managers. The role is described as fun and flexible, with part- or full-time opportunities. Management team members are responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, as well as customer relations. They are expected to set an example, follow all company policies and procedures, and expect the same from their crew. The position offers a path to learn the skills needed to become a store General Manager, with the possibility of advancing through the company and potentially becoming a Domino's franchisee. Lead Assistant Managers are eligible for performance-based bonuses.
Requirements
- Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Hunger to learn and follow proven systems.
