About The Position

Domino's Pizza is hiring management team members, specifically shift runners and assistant managers. Team members are responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. They are expected to set an example, follow all company policies and procedures, and expect the same from their crew. The role offers the opportunity to learn skills for advancement to General Manager. Lead Assistant Managers are eligible for performance-based bonuses, and the company promotes from within.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Hunger to learn and follow proven systems.
