About The Position
Domino’s Pizza is hiring management team members, specifically shift runners and assistant managers. These roles are described as fun and flexible and offer work experience and opportunities to advance. As a member of the management team, you are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, as well as customer relations. You must set a positive example, follow all policies and procedures at all times, and expect the same of your crew. Management team members can develop the skills needed to become a store General Manager. Lead Assistant Managers are eligible for performance-based bonuses, and the company promotes from within, offering opportunities to move up and earn more. The California pay rate is the applicable minimum wage plus $1.00 to $5.00 per hour, depending on experience and longevity with the employer.
Requirements
- Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Hunger to learn and follow proven systems.

- Prior leadership experience is preferred.
