About The Position
Domino's Pizza is hiring management team members, specifically shift runners and assistant managers. The position is described as fun and flexible, with work experience that can support future advancement. As a member of the management team, you are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, as well as customer relations. You must set an example by following all policies and procedures and expecting the same from the crew. The company promotes from within, and management team members can progress toward becoming a General Manager or potentially a Domino's franchisee. Lead Assistant Managers are eligible for performance-based bonuses. The rate of pay is the applicable minimum wage plus $1.00 to $5.00 per hour, depending on experience and longevity with the employer.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Hunger to learn and follow proven systems.

- Prior leadership experience preferred.
