About The Position
Domino's is hiring management team members for shift runner and assistant manager positions. Team members are responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost, inventory, and cash control, as well as customer relations. They are expected to set an example, follow all policies and procedures, and expect the same from their crew. The company offers opportunities to learn skills needed to become a General Manager and promotes from within. Lead Assistant Managers are eligible for performance-based bonuses. Pay in California is the applicable minimum wage plus $1.00 to $5.00 per hour, depending on experience and longevity with the employer.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Hunger to learn and follow proven systems.

- Prior leadership experience is preferred.
