About The Position

Wells Fargo is hiring a Relationship Banker (SAFE) for its National Branch Network. The banker serves as a primary contact for customers across all segments, including affluent customers, supporting everyday banking needs through scheduled appointments, lobby engagement, and proactive outreach. The role helps customers work toward financial goals through planning, digital engagement, and tailored deposit, credit, and investment solutions, while also handling account openings and service requests. The banker builds trust and long-term relationships through discovery conversations and collaborates with branch colleagues and partners in Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking to provide appropriate referrals and integrated solutions. This position is intended for professionals seeking a long-term career in financial services and the opportunity to develop consultative expertise as customers’ needs become more complex. A Relationship Banker LP (license pending) position is temporary until the employee completes licensing and SAFE requirements. Employees who complete these requirements transition to the Relationship Banker (SAFE) role; those hired without full licenses participate in the Branch Network Licensed Banker program. The role requires FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 (or recognized equivalents), state insurance licenses, and SAFE registration. Some states also require Series 65 or an equivalent within a specified period. Required FINRA licenses must be obtained and maintained for continued employment.
