About The Position
Domino’s Pizza is hiring management team members, including shift runners and assistant managers. Team members are responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. They are expected to set a positive example, follow all policies and procedures, and expect the same from their crew. The role offers the opportunity to learn skills that can support advancement to General Manager and potentially further within the company. Lead Assistant Managers are eligible for performance-based bonuses. The company promotes from within.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Hunger to learn and follow proven systems.

- Prior leadership experience preferred.
