About The Position
The Finger Companies is seeking a motivated and skilled Assistant Maintenance Technician to join the maintenance team at One Park Place. The role involves performing a range of maintenance tasks, inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and emergency responses. The position pays $27.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly, and includes monthly closing occupancy and retention bonuses.
Requirements
- Must be willing and able to participate in an on-call rotation.
- HVAC certification required.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, as well as general repair techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
Nice To Haves
- CPO certification.
Responsibilities
- Assist with routine maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work.
- Perform regular inspections of facilities and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain and update records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and work orders.
