About The Position
The Assistant Maintenance Manager helps ensure the smooth operation of the facility and contributes to operational excellence. The role offers opportunities to advance into higher management positions and specialized roles. It is a full-time, direct-hire position located in Stoughton, Massachusetts.
Requirements
- A four-year degree or five years of leadership experience in maintenance.
- At least three years of experience in a leadership role overseeing maintenance teams and programs.
- Experience performing maintenance on conveyors and robotics, or overseeing a team that performs this maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Lead morning briefings and prioritize work orders.
- Conduct facility inspections to identify maintenance issues.
- Ensure safety compliance and conduct audits.
- Analyze maintenance data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Supervise and develop the maintenance team.
