The Atlantic Oceanside Hotel and Event Center is seeking a dedicated Assistant Maintenance Manager to support its Facilities team. This is a full-time, year-round role where the individual will work closely with the Maintenance Manager and Facilities Director to help oversee the maintenance and overall condition of the oceanfront property. The role is key in ensuring a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for guests and team members. Responsibilities include assisting with daily operations, responding to unexpected repairs, and helping lead and support the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience. This position offers an opportunity for leadership growth while remaining hands-on. The maintenance team also supports the adjacent Bayview Hotel, ensuring consistent upkeep and high standards of safety and functionality across both properties.
