About The Position

The Assistant Maintenance Manager helps ensure the smooth operation of the facility. The role leads morning briefings, prioritizes work orders, inspects the facility, supports safety compliance, analyzes maintenance data, and supervises and develops the maintenance team. The position offers pathways to advancement into higher management positions and specialized roles.

Requirements

• A four-year degree or five years of leadership experience in maintenance.
• At least three years in a leadership role overseeing maintenance teams and programs.
• Experience performing maintenance on conveyors and robotics or overseeing a team that performs that maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead morning briefings and prioritize work orders.
• Conduct facility inspections to identify maintenance issues.
• Ensure safety compliance and conduct audits.
• Analyze maintenance data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Supervise and develop the maintenance team.
