We aim to be a premier luxury travel agency specializing in bespoke, high-end travel experiences for discerning clients worldwide. Our brand is built on exceptional service, insider access, and thoughtfully curated journeys that redefine luxury travel, paired with carefully curated content available to its members. We are looking for a detail-oriented and service-driven Assistant Luxury Travel Advisor to support the creation of seamless, high-end travel experiences for an elite clientele. This role is ideal for someone early in their luxury travel career who is eager to learn, highly organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional service behind the scenes.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in travel, hospitality, or a high-touch service role
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in luxury travel and global destinations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

- Experience with travel booking tools is a plus
- Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn

Responsibilities
- Work closely with Senior Travel Advisors to bring complex itineraries to life.
- Research destinations, hotels, and experiences.
- Prepare polished client proposals.
- Assist with bookings for flights, accommodations, dining, and activities.
- Manage confirmations and track deadlines.
- Ensure every detail is accurate and aligned with client preferences.
- Support pre- and post-travel logistics, including drafting travel documents and reconfirming reservations.
- Monitor itinerary changes and assist with any issues that arise during travel.
- Maintain clear internal communication and keep systems up to date.
