About The Position

Common Man Roadside is hiring an Assistant Kitchen Manager for our TRU hotel location in downtown Manchester’s historic Millyard! Come work for a great New Hampshire company in this fun, unique location! The Assistant Kitchen Manager will support the Kitchen Manager and their team in the operations and performance of the kitchen. This is a working management role- our managers work on the line and prep food, offer hands-on training, guidance, and development of staff, and assist customers.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum 3 years culinary experience
  • Must be able to obtain/maintain relevant certifications, including ServSafe
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Overseeing the planning and preparation of food production
