About The Position

Our Dinner Attraction in Pigeon Forge is seeking a high-energy, dynamic individual to join our management team as an Assistant Kitchen/Food & Beverage Manager. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of leadership experience in a high-volume kitchen environment, in-depth knowledge of kitchen processes and procedures, and the ability to work well in a stressful and fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of leadership experience in a high-volume kitchen environment

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring that all health, safety, and sanitation practices are followed.
  • Training new team members in the department.
  • Monitor inventory levels and perform weekly inventory assessments, order materials, supplies, and ingredients based on demand.
  • Ensuring high-quality products and waste prevention.
