About The Position

Common Man Roadside is hiring an Assistant Kitchen Manager for our TRU Hotel location in Manchester’s historic Millyard! Come work for a great New Hampshire company in a fun, unique location! The Assistant Kitchen Manager will support the Kitchen Manager and their team in the operations and performance of the kitchen. This is a working management role- our managers work on the line and prep food, offer hands-on training, guidance, and development of staff, and assist customers.

Requirements

• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Minimum 3 years culinary experience
• Must be able to obtain/maintain relevant certifications, including ServSafe
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the planning and preparation of food production
• Ordering and inventory management
• Daily paperwork, reporting, and logs
• Safety and sanitation
