About The Position

Obsidian Solutions Group (OSG) is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Joint Programs Coordinator to support Joint and USASOC training programs at Fort Bragg. This role supports coordination, planning, and execution of joint training events, assessments, and exercises, while serving as a subject matter resource for Civil Affairs and joint operational training requirements.

Requirements

• Active DoD Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred).
• Prior experience working with USASOC, Joint units, or similar military training environments.
• Familiarity with joint training programs such as JNAT, JSITS, JNDC, or similar.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple training events simultaneously.
• Experience in exercise planning, scripting, or control functions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with military personnel at all levels.
• Civil Affairs background or experience supporting CA operations at BDE, SOTF, or higher.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard coordination tools.
• Must be a U.S Citizen

Responsibilities

• Coordinate directly with Ft. Bragg JPC and customer representatives to schedule dates, times, and locations for JNAT and JSITS training supporting USASOC and Joint units.
• Coordinate with USASOC, U.S. Army units, and other service components to identify and integrate joint training opportunities under the contract.
• Serve as an instructor for JNDC, JNAT, and JCIA & T courses.
• Support exercise development, control, design, and scripting for joint training events.
• Serve as a Civil Affairs Subject Matter Expert (SME) at the Brigade, SOTF, and higher levels.
• Conduct routine travel (up to 25%) to support training events, coordination meetings, and exercise execution.
• Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities with USASOC and Joint customers.
• Maintain effective communication with Program Security Officer (PSO), Physical Security Officer (PhSO), and Site Security personnel throughout training and accreditation processes.
