About The Position

The Assistant Information Technology Manager will be responsible for the daily support of all IT systems requests/tickets, from internal platforms to network maintenance supporting the entire hotel team. This role also involves responding promptly to guests’ inquiries and questions, requiring someone who is nice, quick, and enjoys being the superhero in the room. There is room for growth within the company in this demanding role.

Requirements

• Passionate about technology
• Minimum of 3-5 years of similar work experience
• Advanced knowledge of information systems operations
• Strong leader
• Proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance
• Excels at communication, both verbal and written
• Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation

• Prior hospitality experience
