About The Position

Psychiatric Medical Practice with offices in Phoenixville and Eagleville is looking to hire an entry-level Assistant IT Administrator to handle day-to-day IT support in a busy office environment. This role requires someone dependable who follows through, stays organized, and takes responsibility for resolving issues.

Requirements

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, or equivalent
1–2 years of IT support or administrative experience
Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking and related network services (e.g., DNS,DHCP, etc.)
Application support experience with Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft SQL preferred.
Office 365, PHP Website and Wordpress Administration.
Computer virtualization; Hyper-V.
Information and data backup principles.
Strong troubleshooting skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
Ability to manage multiple requests without losing track
Clear communication and professionalism with staff
Consistent follow-through—tasks are expected to be completed.

Responsibilities

Respond to staff IT requests (computers, printers, logins, Wi-Fi) in a timely manner
Set up and configure new users, devices, and email accounts
Perform routine system updates, maintenance, and equipment checks
Track IT assets and keep records accurate and up to date
Identify recurring issues and help prevent them
Escalate complex problems when needed—with clear documentation
