Requirements

Ability to lift, carry, and actively engage with children throughout the day
Dependable, patient, and nurturing personality
Strong teamwork and communication skills
High school diploma required

Nice To Haves

Experience working with infants or young children preferred
CDA or early childhood coursework a plus

Responsibilities

Supporting the Lead Teacher with daily classroom activities and routines
Providing attentive care for infants, including feeding, diapering, and soothing
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment
Engaging with infants through play, language, and sensory experiences
Communicating positively with team members and families
Following licensing and health & safety guidelines
