Requirements

  • Ability to lift, carry, and actively engage with children throughout the day
  • Dependable, patient, and nurturing personality
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • High school diploma required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with infants or young children preferred
  • CDA or early childhood coursework a plus

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Lead Teacher with daily classroom activities and routines
  • Providing attentive care for infants, including feeding, diapering, and soothing
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment
  • Engaging with infants through play, language, and sensory experiences
  • Communicating positively with team members and families
  • Following licensing and health & safety guidelines
