The assignment is on site in Marinette, Wisconsin. Salary is $105,000 to $120,000, with a $2,000 signing bonus. A background check, US citizenship, and drug screening are required; employment is contingent on client approval of the candidate.

  • Ability to coordinate effectively with Engineering, Manufacturing, Planning, Scheduling, Quality, Testing, Purchasing, vendors, subcontractors, and customer representatives.

  • Experience identifying construction constraints, coordinating work readiness, and following up on schedule recovery actions.
  • Understanding of installation, inspection, testing, deficiency resolution, and system turnover processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret ship drawings, specifications, work instructions, and technical correspondence sufficiently to coordinate work and recognize issues requiring engineering review.
  • Strong organization and attention to documentation accuracy, revision status, and follow-through.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proactive and motivated approach, ability to work independently, and willingness to elevate problems promptly.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, and ability to learn shipyard tracking and document-management systems.
  • Availability to work on site in Marinette, Wisconsin, for the assignment duration.
  • US citizenship, successful background check, drug screening, and client approval of the candidate.
  • Ability to walk and stand throughout the shipyard and vessel; use shipboard stairs, ladders, gangways, and approved temporary access; step over raised thresholds and coamings; bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, and reach; carry routine job-related materials; perform sustained computer and document work; wear required personal protective equipment; respond appropriately to safety warnings; and follow site emergency evacuation procedures.
