About The Position

Sun Realty is seeking a full-time, year-round Assistant Housekeeping Manager to help lead our housekeeping operations and deliver exceptional experiences for our homeowners and guests. This position requires flexibility, including weekend and holiday availability. Requirements

Two or more years of housekeeping and/or customer service experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word and Outlook).
Hearing, speaking, seeing, walking, climbing steps, bending, and lifting, up to 50 pounds.
Requires reading, comprehension, legible writing skills and effective written and verbal communication in the English language.
Reliable transportation, with valid, active driver license, proper insurance, licenses, and inspections (as required in company guidelines).
Computers, copiers, and all office equipment.

Nice To Haves

Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Breezeway experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist in overseeing daily housekeeping operations and staff.
Help ensure vacation rental homes are cleaned, inspected, and guest-ready.
Support scheduling, training, and coaching of housekeeping team members.
Conduct property inspections to maintain Sun Realty's quality standards.
Resolve housekeeping concerns quickly and professionally.
Communicate effectively with homeowners, guests, vendors, and other departments.
Assist with inventory management and supply organization.
Help maintain a positive, productive, and team-oriented work environment.
