This role is responsible for training, directing, and assisting Team Members with all assigned tasks. The Assistant Housekeeper ensures the cleanliness of all rooms, hallways, lobbies, stairwells, and storage areas. They will inspect rooms using a room inspection report to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, evaluate Team Member performance, and report any needed repairs. Additionally, this role is responsible for completing the room status report, managing all keys, beepers, and radios, and maintaining records of cleaning activities as required by the Housekeeping Manager.
